fyi, I just tried to search for two of my colleagues who I know are on the site using "search people" and it came up with no results. I searched using their first and last names. Is there a different way I should do it?

Thank you for notifying us about this issue. We'll check into it. In the meantime, I recommend the People Map (http://be.legallyminded.com/profile_map_interactive.aspx). Among the options on the "Filter" bar are first and last name searches.

Note: This is a really helpful when you're not sure how to spell someone's name. It filters choices as you type. Click on a "stick figure" icon and then "View Profile" to see a member's complete information. Of course, this only works if the member has entered their real name--these field are optional. If they've included their name is their username, then you can find it in the "Search" bar at the top of the page.
